In an ideal world, our prospective clients are ready and willing to send us cases. In Private Investigation, we often find that sales processes are typically not ideal and new client objections certainly arise. Mastering the art of skillfully handling those objections can greatly determine your success as an Investigator by allowing you to turn a “no” or a “maybe” into a resounding “yes”.

In this webinar you will learn:

  • How to perfect your sales process to handle new client objections and market your brand confidently.
  • How to effectively handle industry specific objections to increase client intake and generate more revenue.

10:00 AM  How to obtain data in official European Online Registers

Registration link: https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_uaQ1wD2WR5WR78KM5KvBdw

Matthias Willenbrink

Obtaining information is the core of our business. In this modern time more and more can be obtained online. However, the classical food work will never disappear and very few cases can be solved just online. It makes sense to have an overview about what information can be obtained and to have a good understanding of the concept of the resources available. This seminar will focus on official resources for company information, personal information, land registries and others, which are offered by official authorities in the European Union. The speaker will explain the concept of the registers, live presenting official resources from different European countries. He will furthermore explain what tools to use, to make all information available in your language, even if it is just offered in national language.

Matthias Willenbrink works as private investigator since 1993. Before, he worked as Police Detective in the German Police for 13 years. He developed two successful PI agencies, sold them, and today operates an Agency specialized on counter fraud services for the international insurance industry, together with his partner Detlev Warnke in Germany. Matthias is a well-accepted frequent international speaker on investigative topics. He received the International Investigator of the year award from WAPI in 2005, the Norman J. Sloan Memorial Award from WAD in 2017 and the International Investigator of the year award by IASIU in 2020. He is a Past President of WAD and an active supporter of our association since 1998. Matthias live close to Berlin together with his wife Stefanie and three kids.
